Living here after moving from a big city feels like a dream come true. There is so much nature and beauty around and everything is so clean and well taken care of. I witnessed Tracy handling a delicate situation with so much care, compassion and integrity, shes amazing and I am grateful to be part of this wonderful community. Everything gets solved quickly and always with a smile, thank you Rito. We love living here and every interaction with management is handled with excellence.

We love, love, love living here. It's peaceful and surrounded by nature. The management is fantastic! Tracy is a superstar who goes above and beyond to efficiently and effectively handle everything that comes up. Any maintenance issue is resolved quickly and with a smile. Rito is great!

This is a great little community. Tracy is a wonderful and helpful manager. Rito the maintenance man is quick, clean and polite. Elva is an amazing asset to the crew. She steps up and is head on with anything she can do. Great people to work with.

Southland Villas is a great place to live. It is quiet and well maintained. Tracy Weaver, manager, goes above and beyond to address any issues or needs. If you are looking to live in Pryor, Southland is the place to be.
