Called and got transferred to the service department. Rang and rang. No answer. Well, I called again the next days. Same thing. Well, I just happen to be driving by so a swing in. I see no cars in their garage. Walk in, 3 guys sitting at the service desk, obviously not busy. Apparently they cant be bothered to answer phones. Guy asks what I want. I tell him my AC isnt working. He asks what year and what mileage. 2018 with 70k. He says well its not under warranty and acts like he cant help me. Maybe they only do warranty work? I had bought an extended warranty however. So I asked if he could look it up and I would have likely gotten a better response if I would have asked him if I could have one of his kidneys. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to look it up in your little computer when I have the VIN right here?? I wont ever be setting foot on these premises again. New ownership, same old terrible (lack of) service. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
Addendum: General manager went out of his way to contact me. He assured me that my experience was an outlier and not their usual way of doing business. I believe him. He may have changed my mind about going back. I did appreciate his concern about his dealerships reputation.
