RCB Bank

RCB anti-fraud has been blocking genuine transactions on the weekends, preventing me from spending my own money. You cannot call as they are closed. So ultimately, you have to wait days before gaining access to your own funds. This is done to protect RCB, not the customer. I called the anti-fraud weekend line... and got voicemail. That is scary enough it has me questioning whether or not I want to continue using RCB for a bank. It's 2024 people.

If you like 32 dollar overdraft fees per transaction then this is the bank for you. It is outrageous, so many banks dont even have a overdraft fee.

Probably not a bad place to keep a small checking account in a local bank but their investment and IRA advisors are complete morons. Referred a relative there to change their IRA to a higher earning CD than what RCB put them in in the IRA. RCB ended up closing out the IRA and opening them a CD in a personal account. When confronted the advisors promised to look into reversing the transaction and call back.... 2 weeks no call back. going to be a tax nightmare for the client.
