        1star for the 1text message Jeff had time for! We tried working with Jeff to obtain some land. He wouldnt answer any phone calls and only replied to 1 message and that was to confirm the land was still indeed for sale. We say were interested and working to get everything together that would be needed. Next thing we know, a notification from Zillow saying theres a pending sale on it. We try and get back in touch with Jeff and hes MIA, phone calls unanswered, texts left on read. Sure maybe hes a busy man with bigger fish to fry, but our time is just as valuable!
