I had never visited posh nails before and randomly decided to try it for a last minute prom nail shellac. I am not from the area & brought a friend with me who only needed a fill. The sign outside said fills were $15 which we assumed could get up to $20-25 depending on how prices varied. You never know. As usual, you let them know what youre there for & pick your color. I showed the woman (im not sure who, ive never been here) what I was going for and asking several times if she thought it would be possible to do on my natural nail, with shellac. She stated yes, multiple times and I trusted in her. As soon as she got started, another customer walked in and was greeted by the woman working with me, and the customer told her no rush, i just need a little fixed & she continued working with my nails. She quite literally took what the customer said and did the opposite lol. She rushed through every bit of each step in the process. The filing was sloppy, I have some nails round, some kinda square, and the rest somewhat straight. The color was honestly great and I started to have hope, but when she started on the french tip I knew I needed to let her know that I was wanting something else, not what she was doing. When I began to voice that, she told me not to worry and that they would look just fine once shes finished. Im pretty sure each time my hand went into the dryer, she never even gave them time to be in it. She was working very fast and this honestly made me freeze a bit & unable to voice my dislikes. Once she was almost finished with the glitter on the red french, I asked if she had any rhinestones hoping they would prettify these nails. At first glance they looked very cute, but again she was working very fast so i was unable to really take a look at them. If you zoom (or even care to) on the rhinestones, you can see the excessive & unnecessary amount of glue used. I felt uncomfortable voicing my opinion and just paid what I owed & cried in my car the 45 min drive home. I wont be back & will learn from this experience

My girlfriend went in for just basic white nails, nothing super special & the lady instead of listening decided it was better to give her glow in the dark milk colored white nails without saying anything. Of course we thought they were just regular nails just a bad color, until we got home. Service is terrible, will never return.

Me and my two daughters came in for a pedicure and was very upset me and one of my daughters didnt get the lotion and the skipped through my daughters pedicure beyond fast which is sad we pay the same price as a regular pedicure they deserve same service! Then I had acrylic on my big toes they painted the white tips so it matched the rest of my toes but he didnt paint it low enough so the white top acrylic stuck below that a darker white and it looks bad. My whole service was half done. Wont go back for that money HAPPY NAILS is the place to go.
