Mazzios for "fine Italian dining" That's like, joes port a johns are superior to Bob's..... Vegetarian options: Water is great!! At least Pablow Low ot some hair in his food, free protein

I visited this Mazzios in Poteau, Oklahoma on February 13th 2024. I had a spaghetti meal with 2 garlic bread and only received one. I thought no big deal Ill just place another order tomorrow and pick it up the next day, considering they closed in an hour and I didnt want to drive 10 minutes just to get a piece of bread. I placed another order and then was told that their new policy is that if you dont call the same day about your incorrect order that you wont receive a refund or any food that you didnt get. I totally get some people abuse the system and complain about anything to get free food, but for the ones that are honest about stuff we get treated unfairly. I understand its a garlic bread thats a few cents but its my money I paid for it? But they sure will hand you a receipt to sign that ask for a tip for a TAKEOUT order. This is why we have video cameras to where they can go back and see if everything was placed in the bag/box. I wont be returning to this Mazzios because of this new policy.
