Super shout out to Krystel at Integrity Health for caring for my daughter. She has went above and beyond to help figure out what's going on with Kylie after she started having severe knee pain and pains in other places which has lead her to using a wheelchair at school. I had taken Kylie to a physician who only did x-rays, told her it was growing pains, to get knee bands, and nsaids which neither helped, that she would grow out of it. I then took Kylie to Krystel, after hearing she was really good and cared. Not only did she listen to Kylie about all her issues, she was proactive about treatment. X-rays came back fine and she jumped right into lab work. All came back clear and MRIs were ordered. Ortho Apts were prompt, which determined the readings were normal (after some original readings were misread, that happens, I'm okay with it due to her not needing surgery). Krystel got her into Physical Therapy quick and Kylie has been progressively getting her knees stronger. Yesterday, at school, she didn't use the wheelchair with manageable pain in her knees, without nsaids. I can't thank Krystel enough for how great she has been and how proactive she has been to get Kylie better quicker than a "hurry up and wait". Everything she has done has been amazing!

This place is TERRIBLE! They couldn't get my trulicity filled for over a year after calling my congressman it was filled but instead of starting me back on the starter dose as should have been after such a long break they started me on the advanced dose OVERDOSING me I spent a week in the hospital I'm going for their nursing license
