By far the worst care I have ever received. What started out as a typical checkup has turned into a nightmare and it doesnt seem to have an end in sight. Dr. Hussain was very nice on my visit and sent me for bloodwork. He had them reschedule my appointment for 2 weeks later for results. However because of the snow my appointment was not able to happen. Instead I received my results a few days later after going back and forth with the girls at the front. I was told I would need a referral to a Rheumatologist and that they were getting that scheduled out. After a week of nothing I called to find out who they referred me out to. I called and was told they were not taking new patients and to find a new Rheumatologist. I called back and spoke with them about getting a new referral and was told they would get it put through that day. Another few days past and still nothing. I called back and the same girl , Nora, answered telling me they put it in to a doctor in Fort Smith. I asked who and decided to call again. When calling there I received an Oncologist/Hematologist office instead. I called back and by this time Im pretty agitated. Nora answers again and proceeds to tell me that I need to calm down after telling her they screwed up again. They said they put in a referral to the doctor I asked for this time and here we are a week later with still no referral. If you want the lowest of the lowest healthcare then by all means go to this family practice. If you want real medical care by actual professionals then please listen to me when I say go to another doctor. The care this place has given me has been a joke from the start.

Dr. Hussain is a great doctor, I would recommend anyone to either of his clinics!
