        All the staff at the clinic are very caring and friendly..I am so thankful to be a patient of Tim Olives..I wouldn't use any other facility but Mercy!!!!!

        Dr. Pearson and his staff have changed my life for the better. He listens and he makes things happen! Once I met with him on a Tuesday... He made his referrals and I saw my back surgeon on Thursday and my knee surgeon on Friday, same week!!! His office acknowledges every message from MyMercy App in a timely manner! They do not dismiss me, ever! I can ask about anything, we can talk about anything! I question my test results through the app, and get my answers within 24 hours.(if I need answers sooner, I call) If I have a test done @ Mercy... my results are on my phone before I get back home. I'm really pleased with my team of Health Care Professionals at Mercy! (7 various surgeries since January 2020) Anxious for them to open their new facility, I know it'll be great and better ADA Compliant.
