        I am very upset my hair was very long I showed her with my hand what I wanted off no bangs I got bangs an my hair is way to short I mean I can hardly get it to stay in a bun .i expect a full refund.

        Yesterday I went in for a clean up on my undercut. The woman was done in less than 10 minutes. For a reason. I had to go home, trim around my ears, line up my sides then have my son catch all the strays she left. Never will I use her again. There's another woman there that's excellent with colors, just no one is comfortable with undercuts. How is that?
