I first met Angie Way when she wanted to do a virtual tour with some of her clients after I had listed my home for sale by owner. I was very impressed with some of the tips she offered me about selling my home - even though I hadn't hired her as my realtor. I was so impressed, I asked her to be our realtor in helping us find a new home. She was always happy to answer the plethora of questions I had and even worked late into the night on several instances to help get us get into our new home. She was definitely a God send and I plan on using her again if I am ever on the hunt for another house!

This review is based on my best friends experience with Brittany Cox. He was searching for homes with another realtor (Matt) who was attentive, responsive, and just genuinely cared. Unfortunately, my best friend fell in love with a house outside of Matts jurisdiction so he had to find another realtor fast! Brittany was chosen based on other reviews and being of native descent (support indigenous!). Since my friend purchased out-of-state, he had to put a lot of faith and trust in Brittany. Her replies were delayed. She was supposed to take pictures, do a video walk-through, and even another video/photos after the inspection to make sure the Seller completed tasks. None of this was completed. My brother in-law is a realtor and purchases gifts for his buyers; not saying Brittany had to but the gesture wouldve been nice. Even a simple thank you card wouldve shown gratitude for the purchase. This was my best friends 1st home purchase. Hell never get that back. Its like a 1st anything; it should be special. My best friend feels taken advantage of for the fact he purchased out of state and Brittany did the bare minimum. She didnt have to help him find a home; all she needed to do was the paperwork. He let her know when he was in town thinking shed at least like to meet the person who landed her some commission, and not even that. Even the Seller came by to meet in person, so what does that say?! Im so disappointed and sad for my friend. Im the one who recommended this realtor and feel so guilty because of his experience. Perhaps shes better to work with if youre local to her, but I definitely wouldnt recommend if purchasing out of state.
