        How do I select zero stars ? Actually less than zero. Their maintenance is non-existent. And then when you have an issue they do nothing to make it right. I've had them rent me the same piece of equipment I had trouble with and told them about two weekends in a row. This last time I had an issue & told them when I returned it . It was the only 50' ft towable lift in that yard when I returned it . 10 minutes after i returned it out of curiosity I had my worker call down and see if they had a 50'ft towable available for rent immediately. They said yes. Meaning they were ready to rent it right out again without even looking at it ? Shame on you herc rentals.
