        Called in for road side assistance tow at 9:40 a.m. car transmission went out. Estimate for tow truck arrival 1 hour and 15 minutes. Tow truck arrived at 3:30 p.m. 6 hours later. Called numerous times, each time it will be another hour. Horrible service. Supervisor tried to get me to cancel tow request 4 hours in. No way, I have a contract. Awful experience!!!

        Best all around towing service around Tulsa I called 4 or 5 companies because I was stranded and nobody could come get me but when I called speedys they had someone there within the hour and Jesse Lancaster was super professional had me hooked up and on the road in no time and made sure i was good and was just a good guy thank you jesse and thankyou speedys for saving my but in a pinch

        Expect to pay at least 300 even if your vehicle was only towed like 2.5 miles these people will gouge you with prices on anything they can from hookup fees to rollback charges. Good luck to you if they get your car or bike.

        Even after he had been working for hours in below freezing temps and snow, Tim showed up in a cheerful manner like it was no big deal. He was personable, professional, had a good sense of humor and was very careful with my car. He took it to the dealership after hours and dropped the keys and my info to the drop box so the service department could get to it the next day. The people I spoke with on the phone at Speedy's were great too. Would recommend!
