Kelly is an exceptional realtor! We looked at many houses and every time I felt discouraged, Kelly reminded me, "the perfect home is out there, we just have to find it!" As a single mom, there were times when I needed to bring my children along and Kelly was so gracious and accomodating. Early in my journey Kelly identified concerns with a lender I was using. I also had concerns, but didn't know how to handle it. Kelly not only communicated on my behalf, but he also guided me to a more reputable lender and what was becoming a painful experience became a more peaceful one. My children knew they were welcomed to join this journey. I trusted Kelly with all negotiations and I am so glad I did, he is a master negotiator! We got both what we wanted and what we needed, even in a sellers market. Kelly is not just a realtor, he is a man with a heart for families engaging and his role as a broker and his care, attention and relentless effort proves his goal aligns with the goals of his clients and that is to make sure they have a good experience on this journey and at the end, they are in their new home. I'm now a bit selfish...I want Kelly to be a realtor forever so that I will not have to work with anyone else in the future!
