BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
Apartment: solid 4/5! Gorgeous remodel and attractive to renters! They have a very easy pet policy which is helpful for pet parents. The price of a 2 bedroom is usually really affordable compared to other duplexes/homes around Owasso.
Management: I have never interacted with such a dysfunctional, lying, scheming and rude manager/ team/ company. Kinzie McNaught (who is the experience manager) was beyond rude and unhelpful. Ive worked in management and sales for years and would never allow any employee of mine to behave this way. Thankfully, Daniel or Danny was there to help because he was the only person who would follow through ( I wish I remembered his name because he was the only kind and helpful person i interacted with!). He made sure to apologize for my experience 100 times over and acknowledge that Kinzies behavior was wrong.
I waited two plus months for one of these apartments and when it came down to it my apartment was rented to someone else not one but TWICE! Mind you, I had a lease in hand, ready to sign while the home I waited for was leased twice! While these homes are gorgeous and everything I wanted in a home, the experience that the new management company provided was enough for me to part ways. Beware of this place and their schemes, they will take your money and string you along for months then leave you high and dry.

I love how everything I need is just a short drive away. I have family from out of state that's moving closer and we're really hoping they can join our lilttle community.

Happy to live in a complex where they actually repair the property. Quiet, 2 miles from Target, TJ Maxx, Starbucks, Hobby Lobby and Best Buy. Excellent schools, shopping, dining, and neighbors. Big apartment with two bathrooms. A fireplace adds charm to the large living area with tall ceilings and plenty of natural light. Lawn care is provided. The big garage is a bonus too!
I think they have remodeled a bunch of the apartments. Looks like new landscaping, porch lights, front doors, stove, dishwasher, paint etc.

If I could give it a zero star review I would. The way that the new management is treating the people in this neighborhood is terrible. It was under pretty good management when McGraw owned it. The houses are terrible there are cracks in every single one of my neighbors houses on the walls, the ceilings and everywhere. The houses also have rotting wood that they can not fix but they are replacing the bottom part of the wood on the houses and replacing the wood on the chimneys. The people who are renovating it are not fixing anything. They are making the outside pretty by painting the houses a new color, but dont be fooled they are going to jack up the prices and make you pay a fortune. They told somebody that wanted to stay here after they remodel that even if she wanted to stay here she probably couldnt afford it after they were done remodeling. They kicked us out and told us we had until august but then they sent another letter and told us June. They are not a good place to live in.
