        Matt showed up on time & was very professional & talented. He knew exactly what to do to fix our nightmare. He went the extra mile by making the pipes hardly visible, while making sure the water was flowing, and everything was working the way it should before he left. Matt even took pictures for our remodel to send to his boss. An A+++ Perfect Job!!! No need to look or choose another company for all your needs associated with plumbing and HVAC!         The folks answering the phone are wonderful. Nice to talk to a person vice a recorded message to press ##. J.D. came out to see why there was water leaking into our bedroom when we turned the outside faucet on. He had to cut a small hole in the drywall which he carefully calculated where he had to make the cut and he was dead on and found the leak and replace the faulty faucet. Outstanding and very professional technician. I have previously used Torch and would not use anyone but them. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Faucet repair
