We have an original 1913 gas heated radiator in our house and we just could not find anyone at all willing to work on a burst pipe on such an old system. After literally dozens of calls to plumbers all across northeast Oklahoma, only two came to inspect and both bowed out of the job. I have years of experience in facilities and knew it was not a terrible job, but it was just in an awkward spot. I couldn't get anyone to listen to me and no one would help. Enter Gregg Mechanical. These guys were fantastic. Not only did the know their stuff, but they communicated brilliantly and got the job done in a matter of hours, bringing heat back to our old house after a week without it. I will absolutely 100% call on them again if we need help.

Do not use this guy on your real estate projects. Paid this guy way to much money for nothing. I did not do enough research and trying to hurry finishing my project. So ended up hiring just anyone and did not do enough due diligence on my part. Which delayed me even more. I was looking to build a good relationship with businesss around the area as I continue to grow my investment portfolio. However, I will not be using this company ever again and will not recommend then to anyone. He had not completed the initial job and tried to charge me more fees for coming out when the job wasnt completed (since it failed inspection). I even agreed to pay his additional fees because I new he was not going to prioritize my job anymore since he'd been paid in full. This guy thought me my first lesson in real estate, do not pay in full till the job is complete. Thanks for the lesson. I think someone summed up this business to a tee in a previous review and I quote below. If I would have done my research I would have not used this company at all. He will abandon his projects after he fails final inspection and fails to commit literal extortion. Services: Water heater installation, Water tank installation, Plumbing pipe repair
