Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa North/Owasso

I rely heavily on reviews so I figured I should start doing my part. We got a room for one night. We chose this hotel mainly because of location, the reviews and that it had a pool. The kids enjoyed the pool, although a little bit warmer would have been nice. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean. They just shampooed the carpets so you could smell the cleaning solution and it was a little wet but it was fine. Breakfast was goodyour typical hot breakfast items. Food was always replenished so you never had to wait around.

We had an overnight stay due to or floors being installed at our home. I chose Hampton due to our experiences with Hampton especially in NYC. As always front office was great and if you miss their hot breakfast, you are missing out. The room was great...hot faucet was loose in the sink. Our family had a blast in the pool, the hot tub advertised on the website wasn't there... probably an old photo. We will definitely be back soon!!!

I cannot believe this is a Hilton hotel. Where do I even begin with my awful experience! Ill start with the elevators you enter first, I was met with a dirty filthy musty elevator that had stains all over the floor of it, it was pure disgusting! My room also had stains ALL over the floor, I kept my shoes on the entire stay . The stained flooring is so bad, I cannot believe they rent rooms in this condition alone! The bed skirt of the beds were both stained with questionable stains and filth! One of the beds had a dirty q-tip under the comforter like the sheets were not even washed after the previous stay! The door is missing a seal so at night your room lights up like a Christmas tree! You can also hear people walking, talking, shutting their doors and the elevators all night! The mattresses feel like youre sleeping on bricks. I cannot believe I was charged $150.00 for a $60.00 worth of room(at most)! This is the most disgusting , filthy, dirtiest room Ive ever been in! This hotel needs to be shut down for a deep clean or completely renovated! If you like filth , noise, no sleep and concrete beds then this is the place for you!
