Wow, the most amazing service. I live in a different state and ordered my mom flowers for mothers' day. My brother was going to pick them up, but he panicked because he thought the place was closed and left. I was so confused and called and left a message and ended up getting a text back from Shelly. They were already past close but she went OUT OF HER WAY to go back to the shop, get my order, and deliver it to my mom for NO EXTRA CHARGE despite me offering repeatedly to pay! I was amazed! You don't get service like that from big companies. My mom loved the flowers and was so surprised. I needed to express my appreciation for the delivery somehow, so I decided to write a review on google even though I never do reviews. Shelly, thank you so much for going above and beyond! Absolutely trust this business. Will go back next time I need flowers sent out in my home town.

I am so pleased with the flowers I ordered for a friend that lost her husband and even more impressed that I placed the order around 10 am and they were delivered the same day. Extremely pleased with the flowers and the service.

Im out of state and ordered an arrangement for a relative. I requested for the business to send me a picture by email of the product I pick before sending it out: In loving memory Bouquet, size XL. Never got the picture or an email or notification confirmation of the arrangement being delivered. I will be using someone else next time for better communication.
