If you go here, DO NOT go to Danielle. First off, I arrived about 10 minutes early and she told me to come back in 40 minutes because I was WAY too early. No, she was running late and didn't want to admit it. I was also very clear about what I wanted for my hair and even showed her multiple pictures. Instead of dark brown with medium brown highlights, I have black hair with brassy blonde highlights. The highlights are tiny in some places and huge chunks in others and not at all even. Now I'm sick about the fact I paid almost $150 for something I'm not in love with. On top of that, she let her 3yo kid take up the entire couch and my 50yr old mother had to use a hard plastic chair. When I tried to contact her to fix my hair, she didn't respond for DAYS. She also refused to refund my money since it was "beautiful and nothing was wrong with my hair". Definitely won't be going back and never letting her near my hair again!
