        My husband and I visited this location 3 times over the past year or so for Covid tests. The personnel are nice but the billing department are very rude. We were not charged anything for the tests the first visit, one of us was charged for an office visit the second time (but they credited back our payment when we called), and the third time, we were both charged for an office visit. The bill was confusing because it didn't show the Covid test, only the charge for the "office visit." It was confusing because of the inconsistencies with how we were billed for the same Covid test each visit. After three calls and an hour and a half on the phone, I paid the bill but will NOT go back. If you need a Covid test, go to OKC Covid Testing on May. They are not a medical facility and will not charge $208 for an "office visit" in addition to the charge for the Covid test (covered by Medicare and insurance).
