        There was a crack in my rim which caused the tire to go flat. They came immediately after I booked the service call. Thanks GOD, you saved me!

        Do not call, I was hung up on twice for asking simple questions about rates.

        Initially given a high price for the tow, but not enough to be off-putting. 30 minutes later, I'm given a call to let me know their truck broke down, but for an additional $70, they'll have a truck from a partner company come out, of course adding another hour and a half. I refused and went with another company with a better timeline and more reasonable rates. Will not do business with the company because they will charge extra to complete an agreed upon service when the issue is on their end.
