Tried getting in with someone about my taxes. They said they could help then just stopped replying. Its pretty unprofessional in my opinion and if youre unable to service someone or dont feel like you can help then just say that. They dont really seem eager to do anything.

Paris is amazing!! She made the filing process so easy and helped me save $ this year! She is very knowledgeable and actually helped me understand how it all works so much better. Paris even went above and beyond by helping with items for my business that I had no idea about. Her bubbly personality and calming presence makes the entire process of doing taxes so full of joy. I never thought I would ever say that about filing taxes!
