Recently, we had Angela Freeman-Bristow with Eubanks, prepare our taxes. Bad choice!! The neighbors have come to me saying Angela told them how much my husband and I make and that she wants a man that makes that kind of money. The neighbors told me that Angela revealed how much our yearly income was. The neighbors were able to tell me exactly what our yearly income is. That info could only have come from Angela. We do not discuss our finances with the neighbors. Angela is a homewrecker, as she has now started an affair with my husband. The affair is not the point. The point is she has our identifying information. Angela was very unprofessional. I completed complaint forms and mailed them to the IRS.

Called to make a appointment was told that they would call me back the next day. Two days later they called me back and said that I would only be able to get a appointment with the daughter of the owner. And if I didnt like it then I could take my business elsewhere. I have been a customer for a very long time. This is the worst customer service Ive ever had. Sorry I dont expect to be treated this way by anyone who you are paying. Good luck with your business. This is a bad way to treat your customers.
