        My boyfriends been using HR block for years. This year they've completely screwed him around. June and his taxes still haven't been filed. He's been in contact with customer support many time, and they have literally told him they don't know why it's not filed. They've opened a few customer service tickets. And still nothing. Who pays penalties when it's the companies fault? Avoid this company at all costs.
