My roof looks fantastic, BUT... Communication was poor throughout the process, & there was virtually no cleanup. The 'boy' walked around with a magnet and only grabbed what he saw. I picked up over 200 nails from the area around my driveway. They left materials behind, as well as scrap wood that I had to deal with. As soon as the payment was made it was Thanks for your business, and you'll never hear from our cleanup crew again... haha! Roof looks GREAT.. Clean-up Sucked! Service: Roof installation

After storm and hail damage our insurance company recommended the services of Maupin Roofing & Construction to provided the needed repairs to our house. It was good to know that Maupin's reputation has earned the confidence of the insurance industry. Joe B came to our home to survey the damage and made his recommendations. He explained all the services and contract details up front. Maupin not only replaced our roof but served as the general contractor for repairs and replacement of gutters, windows, garage door, and siding. The subs for those services proved just as reliable as Maupin promised. Although there were supply chain delays and related cost increases for materials, we did not have to pay more than what was agreed on in our first meeting. Joe kept us informed of all scheduled services and even represented us to the insurance company when there was a necessary repair that was not included by the adjuster. Back in their office, Connie tracked and managed all of the financials. They are a good team and served us well. Here is a strong recommendation for Joe, Connie, and Maupin Roofing and Construction.
