        Instead of providing a quote for handling a real estate transaction, they insist on a $250 fee to speak to an attorney. I work with attorneys all day long and never run into this problem. They lost a great client and heres my free advice - train Katie (the legal assistant) to not hang up on those who disagree with your mandatory consultation policies to provide quotes. Very rude and unprofessional.

        Based on the attention to detail and timely responses, I'd definitely hire Robert Stell with Bass Law again. He did a very good job helping myself and my relatives with some complex work with deeds and sales. Thanks Mr. Stell
