We adore Ty! I feel like we lucked into a great realtor simply by clicking a link! We had no idea we were embarking on such an easy experience finding and buying a home, the perfect home. We drive an AWD vehicle, Ty does not but that didnt stop him showing us homes all over the metro during a blizzard when the roads were barely passable! Ty went above and beyond! He walked us through the entire process with late night and early morning responses to all our questions finding the perfect inspectors, title company, warranty company, etc. our experience was a breeze because Ty loves looking at houses and imagining the possibilities! Would definitely work with and recommend him again. He even had the perfect house warming gift made for us, showing that he had truly listened to who we are and what we love!
