    This company clearly just cares about making a quick buck . They are absolutely heartless when it comes to their renters. When they first took over this property, they tried to say "we are different, we have a good maintenance team we will get things done." My dishwasher hasn't work for over 6 months, they sent a maintenance guy out and said I would probably need a new one. During the heat of the summer I was without AC for about 2 weeks. They had a company come out and spray the apartments. The first time the management just gave the man the box of keys to the apartments and if no one was home he would just walk on in the apartment without any management with him. Until here recently some of the apartments dishwashers would drain out the wall onto the ground. They fixed it by capping off the the outside drain. Makes you wonder if the dishwasher is just coming up inside the apartments now.. The dryers don't heat anymore. After looking at the gas meter the gas has clearly been cut off. They are quick to put a notice to vacate if you don't pay rent on time or put a notice to tow your vehicle, but they will NEVER return a call. Heck I wanted to pay an extra payment on my rent but the dang app only lets you pay the full amount and charges a hefty fee. I reached out to see if I could make an extra payment thinking they would like more money... But I was wrong never got a callback. I know one tenant was receiving help with rent but they would never reach out to verify leasing information. After looking into property records they now have a lien against them for non payments. I wouldn't be surprised if here soon th water gets turned off for non payment, they obviously don't have their priorities in check. When you search Dynamic Property Solutions they have removed their information now, makes you wonder what is going on with the business. If you are looking to move into an apartment make sure it's not managed by this management! You will regret it!

    If I could give zero stars I would. This company sucks my kitchen sink clogged and took forever to hear anything at all. This couldve easily been a fire hazard/health hazard. Etc

    This Management company has listing's on zillow that says AVAILABLE NOW but when you call about it she told me it was not available OK then delete your AVAILABLE NOW listing I will just go to county assessor and contact the owner and whoever is running this Management Company you can call and call and call they never answer the phones what kind of buisness is this really

    This is literally the worst company I could possibly think of. they called my plumbing company out at two in the morning to fix one of their leaks approved to the price over the phone which I have recorded when it comes time to pay the bill. Nobody answers. I placed a lien on the Village Chteau Apartments in Shawnee due to nonpayment, the company has no problem getting somebody out to fix their problem, but dont want to pay people for their SERVICES I cannot express how much this company disrespects everyone around them and continues to function. I highly encourage everyone to avoid renting from this company, because they are not truthful and honest, and will lie straight to your face

    This apartment complex (Paseo Pointe, now called 405 Paseo) has been my least satisfactory rental experience. Firstly , the complex RARELY responds to calls or emails; this was a common thing shared between tenants. While the apartment itself was generally acceptable, there were issues such as overgrown shrubs in the backyard, which were eventually addressed after I reached out multiple times about them. On move-in day, I wasn't given a key, and the keyless entry system malfunctioned, leaving me locked out. Also, the laundry facilities were inadequate, with only two washers and two dryers for approximately 20 units; additionally, I was never told the code to access the laundry; another tenant had to tell me about it. Pest control visits were minimal, with only one occurrence and insufficient notice, in the year that I was there. There is a small water heater (literally half the size of a traditional water heater) under the kitchen counter caused inconvenience during showers and baths with hot water running out QUICKLY. Also, maintenance scheduling was problematic, there was an instance where they entered without advance notice. There were multiple instances of water shut-off notices being placed on tenant doors, although the complex is responsible for paying the water; and overflowing trash for at least two weeks without pickup. Overall, lack of communication, environment and maintenance issues were persistent throughout my one-year stay.
