We just had the pleasure of doing business with Dirk Erdoes and Sam Walter as our brokers on a 130-u multifamily transaction. This was the most difficult, complex deal we've worked on, and it doesn't get done without their efforts. Throughout the transaction they maintained A+ communication, skills possessed by only the top 1% brokers, patience, and grace under immense pressure. We'd give them 10 stars if we could. I've lived here 5 yrs everytime ive contacted price edwards I've never once gotten a returned call or email. Worst ran place ever!

I have really appreciated Chris Roberts. Chris has shown me nothing but the utmost respect, time and effort. As if I was not only his singular focus but also his most lucrative transaction. Since I am not in the area, he has gone above and beyond for me to help with things that are probably not in his job description. Thanks Chris
