*********RENTERS BEWARE****************** This company should not be in business. They will make you live in raw sewage, and black mold, and never fix the issues. They will send you to court years after you have moved out and try and get more money from you for issues that they would not and will not fix. They do not care about the safety of their residence, and if they ever do anything they will do it the absolute cheapest, and shoutiest work possible. They use Mafia like tactics to make an extra dollar. Let it be known that I made every payment on time and finished out my lease. When called by their lawyers, the lawyers will not give you any information in regard to what your being sewed for, and when you call the company, they will tell you that they mailed a letter that you will never have received, because it was never mailed, and will also not give you any information as to what your being sewed for. If you care about your family's safety, a right to basic habitable living spaces, and your credit score AVOID this company at all costs!!!

ASK FOR COLLEEN WHEN YOU CALL THE 0040 NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! She kept it straight to the point, understood what I was trying to ask, and was considerate regarding our situation. Manager/Supervisor, yall have to make sure she gets promoted ASAP. Although the phone call was short and simple, I had to verify if everything was accurate of if there was a catch to getting a home in OK. So sorry for starting off our call with the is this too good to be true question, but given our last minute 2 week notification from our insurance, I seriously wanted to make sure things went smoothly. The biggest item that caught my eye was the zero deposit banner on the website (of course still read everything), and the prices on the website. But yeah, ask for Miss Colleen and listen to her pointers. I trust her and anyone else like her, and this is my first time hearing about this company too! Much love from a family of 6 in Dallas, TX!!!

I apologize deeply I left a bad readies for your company and it was a mix up because a Toledo company with the same name and logo btw are crooks and I was so upset in the moment I didnt realize I was on the wrong site Ive never used your services before so I took my review down and put it up where it belongs
