As a tenant going on almost 6 years I have never went without. I immediately moved in as soon as the owner bought it & coming from my previous landlord never fixing anything, house literally falling apart and you name it I met brewer & its been nothing less of amazing! Soon as I call & say its broke they come that day 9x10 and if its to late or they need to send someone its always the very next morning! My ac needed charged every summer cause it was kinda smaller than the house needed, 3rd summer of the exact same needing charged thang happened and Clint said enough. New unit, it came & was bigger and actually fit so right to the house that now it stays freezing cold. Id totally tell everyone to check out his properties if you interested in buying or renting! Amazing team all together.
