        I know showing up at 4:45pm when the shop closes at 5:00pm is late so Ill start with that. However, when I asked to get a propane tank filled, I was told they shut the pump off at 4:30. Need to put that on the website if thats their standard practice.

        If I could give zero starts I would. Customer service does not know what theyre doing. I was told we were scheduled for propane 3 times before finding out we needed to be scheduled for a safety check. Failed the check and asked to be rescheduled. We were told we were scheduled by one person and the same day a different person said we werent. Received an email stating they did not know when they could get us scheduled but it would not be any time soon. We have had NO HOT WATER for a month now during this ordeal!
