Foot and Ankle Treatment Center: David Cavallaro DPM David Le DPM

The doc and medical staff were great, however their billing policies are confusing. Be ready to not be charged every visit and then hit with a huge ($900 for me) bill. Then when I questioned it, the next day I was sent to collections. So not cool.

I didnt think I needed to get my foot looked at due to my own knowledge, but I got pushed into going and this was the closest place in practice for my issue. Took the ratings with a grain of salt. I got in and the staff doesnt seem like they care about their job. I saw the specialist, he saw me, told me we would get x-rays, came back 15 minutes later telling me I need a boot and that it looked like a bad sprain, but nobody had taken x-rays yet. I asked if we were going to take them, and he asked if we had taken them yet, then asked me if my name was that of a different patient in the building. Clearly not paying attention to the patient if youre asking someone you had just talked to, what their name is. At that, he was embarrassed, only peeked in the room once afterwards without saying a word. His assistant came and took my x-rays which I didnt get to see, the specialist never gave me a diagnosis, the only thing I got was the nurse coming back and asking what size shoe I wore for a boot. No diagnosis from the doctor. I am highly unsatisfied. Nobody seemed to care when they work in a field where that is a must. 11/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
