        I used Cutters to replace my 22 year old hot water heater. It was still working but I wanted to avoid any future emergency and was interested in switching to a tankless system. I called and talked to Susie in the office, she was very knowledgable of tankless technology and provided me enough information to check on the Navien products, including a price quote. I chose the Navien NPE-240A2 because of its insane 11.2 gallons per minute peak flow. Cutter, the owner, arrived about a week later with his helper and finished within 3 hours including cleanup and complete operation overview. Cutter is serious about providing his customers the highest quality of service and at an affordable price. Service: Water heater installation
