        I had a plumber do a terrible job at my new house and then take my money and disappear. Everyone I spoke with at Legacy 4 made my experience so much better, from the girl answering the phone to the owner himself. I dealt with 4 different guys and they were all very kind, helpful, informative, and efficient! I would say that they went above and beyond in several ways. I will not use another plumbing company and I recommend Legacy 4 to anyone who asks. Services: Faucet installation, Shower repair, Faucet repair

        Sent Plummer Tim to my house, tried to charge me 4200 dollars extra outside of warranty coverage. The whole time, he was real nonchalant and acted like he could care less about the ridiculous calm. Called three different plummers, and all stated that what he claimed needed to be done didn't need to be done. Got the problem fixed for way less. Will never use this company again, very unprofessional and a total ripoff! (Update) at the time you guys came out there was a Tim who worked for the company.

        Great company to work with. Immediately responded to my call after finding water flooding my hallway, leak detection was spot on, and Legacy4 was on it. They cut my slab located leak within the exact area of detection, replaced damaged copper line. From start to finish legacy4 was pleasant to work with. Thanks Zach, Blake and the others for treating me like I was your only customer! Literally! Clean cut, well spoken crew! Thanks again! Services: Plumbing leak repair, Plumbing leak detection
