Placed an online order. Ordered cheese BREADSTICKS by mistake instead of the mozzarella sticks. When I requested the breadsticks be taken off the order, he refused. He just kept saying he wasn't going to loose the money and insisted I loose the money. He said he was just going to throw the breadsticks away and I informed him I was too. He refused to take the items I didn't want off my order. Man, I used to like this place. I don't know what has happened. The reviews are steadily going down hill and the employees seem more and more miserable each time I go. They used to smile. And the breadsticks don't even look that good. He would have been out what probably $1.10? I'm out $8.99.

I ordered a large all meat calzone and a chicken parm sandwich with fries and would order either/both again. Tasted fresh and they even called to confirm our order.

pizza was awesome! got a brown salad, they would not deliver a new one and wanted us to come pick it up ... disappointing, trying to get kids to bed, couldn't drive back and they wouldn't refund us, salad was a waste of $ but pizza was awesome
