        Wow! Just happened to be in town for a performance on Pi Day, couldnt miss out on the Blaze special as a rewards member so we pulled up. The line wasnt as long as I expected. We have gluten allergies and despite how busy it was, the crew went above and beyond to adhere. I normally sub olive oil for my sauce and it was literally the perfect amount. Overall, it was HANDS DOWN THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD IN THE YEARS WEVE FREQUENTED BLAZE! Kudos to the staff and management. When we are there again, we will be sure to pop in. Vegetarian options: Tons of options to choose from with build your own. Dietary restrictions: Both gluten-free and Cauliflower crusts are available. You will be asked if its a preference of allergy, if an allergy they will handle your order with new fresh gloves all the way down the line.
