John Colbert was awesome but his paralegals were so rude and when you had a question they acted like they didn't want to find out the answer for you. They returned some phone calls. The rudeness was the biggest problem I had. If you don't like your job and you don't want to help people find another job. I know I put up with more of that hatefulness and rudeness than I should have.

My sister Misselda shared her great experience and recommend Colbert Cooper Hill's services, and for me to call. I got my disability approval! Thanx team and Stefanie. She was contact that I called for each time appointments that I had scheduled , appointment just completed, changes, updates. Even if it was just a voicemail i left , she was aware of my calls.When there was papers we needed to submit/return in a timely fashion ,Stefanie would call to assure we was working on it or already sent it in.i had misplaced a document social security needed and she got it faxed to me so i could fax it to ssa in time. Great experience guys!I My wife has never use a lawyer. And I think this is the best communication with a lawyer I have experienced yet!
