Joe And Emily Biscone are not good people. I retained them for a Workers Comp. case, and had major rib pain that the doctors couldnt figure out. The doctors kept saying it was from my thoracic spine, and I kept trying to tell them. I think I have a hernia. Every doctor laughed at the fact that I could have a hernia from being smashed by a pool table. During quarter of phone call with Emily, Joe and my wife I explained to them that I was not ready to do any type of settlement because I still have major rib pain that I was going to have to pay for out of pocket. And during the conversation my wife had stated, which was the complete and total truth that the doctors were treating me like a POS, Joe said to my wife oh God. You disrespect my wife I will fire you just like I did Emily and Joe they were fired. Joe did not believe the fact that I had rib pain and was being a complete and total jerk and I do still have the recording of the phone call in 2018 I was diagnosed with colon cancer during the surgery the surgeon cut through a herniated muscle in my abdominal wall. I came out of that surgery and a horrendous amount of pain and the doctor told me that he cut through A herniated muscle. It took colon cancer for my rib pain to get better, and during that time I was being treated like a second-class citizen by Joe and Emily. Supposedly, these are the best workers comp attorneys in the state, but they are completely and totally heartless and they do not believe a client when theyre telling them that theyre having massive rib pain and taking Dilaudid four times a day. Horrible attorneys is all I can say.

Will not get back to you in a timely manner (or even at all if you dont harass them on the phone). Long story short they took over 3 years to settle a 3 car pileup with no injuries. My son (being the middle car) walked away with a check almost big enough to pay off his 99 Honda. His passenger lawyerd up elsewhere, just cashed a 30k check. Im sure they got thier cut though.

Bryce & Joe are excellent attorneys ! I highly recommend these guys. They helped me with my case got ALL MY MEDICAL BILLS PAID and I got to walk away with some money in my pocket. I went in and explained how I was the passenger in a car wreck 2here the driver of the car I was in was at fault. Their insurance company has kept putting me off and it happened in Texas. They told me approx how long it would take (they said a yr) and it only took about 8 months. They did exactly what they said they would. Highly recommend these guys over and over again!! Not to mention they have sent me Birthday cards and Christmas cards the last two years since they won my case! Very personal and do what they say!!
