WOW!!! I came in for a repair for my glasses which snapped in half and they said "We don't know how possible it is to repair these but we can try" since the metal hinge was snapped in half. Guy walks out 20 minutes later and says "I did this for you because you're near-sighted and it's the weekend. These will last you just long enough to go in to your glasses place on Tuesday for new frames!" Walked out with usable glasses all for free! Nice folks, I'll definitely come back

I bought the best pair of glasses I've ever owned from Dick Story Optical.  The owner, Dave Trent, Mrs. Trent, Colby, and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and just a joy to do business with.  They sell premium eyewear and provide extraordinary service.  I was looking for a hard to get pair of Oliver Peoples frames, which they didn't have on-hand in the store.  Dave and his staff were very patient and went out of their way to get me the perfect pair of glasses.  They weren't satisfied until I was completely satisfied.  They didn't treat me like just another customer off the street.  They cared enough to ensure I would be happy with my purchase.  Their product and service are first class!   Thank you for the awesome glasses and wonderful buying experience!

These guys are awesome, went in today to see if I could get my sun glasses repaired and Colby fixed them in no time, making them look like new. - Great service and great people. - I will definitely keep you guys in mind when Im in the market for a new pair of frames! - Thank you!
