Doug is amazing when it comes to custumer service. He goes above and beyond and helps me get the exact products I need/want. If I ever have any questions or concerns he is always on it to make sure I get my questions answered fully. I would definitely recommend AMSOIL to anyone!! Shipping is lighting fast! I ordered my products and received them the next day. I have have had zero complaints with AMSOIL and it continues to impress me. I will definitely be continuing to order AMSOIL through Doug! I was looking for an Amsoil dealer to locate a quart of their 75W140 Severe Gear oil for a motorcycle application. I Googled for an Amsoil Dealer near me and then telephoned and spoke with Doug and he recommended a motorcycle product supplier as a source. We then began talking about their synthetic motorcycle oils and that whet my appetite to try Amsoil in my Honda XR650L. I purchased my XR brand new and initially began using Honda recommended oil products. Over time I switched from Honda to Castrol to Mobil 1 to Shell Advanced and most recently to Red Line. A lot of people talk about the XR having a challenge with shifting, especially regarding first and second gears. I had heard about this and so have come to understand this as just a quirk. None of the oil products that I have previously used significantly addressed the shifting issue. Shell Advanced and Red Line did have the most positive effect to date. About a week ago I visited the motorcycle shop that Doug recommended to pick up a quart of the gear oil and noticed that they had some 10W40 Metric Motorcycle Oil as well. So I decided to purchase a few quarts and change my oil. On Saturday I took my XR out for a spin. I hadn't traveled but a few miles and noticed that it felt like it was running smoother... and shifting felt like it was improving as well. Interesting. Late in the day Sunday, I decided to go for another ride. This time I immediately noticed that it was shifting like it had never shifted before. In approximately 4,500 miles of riding I cannot tell you how many times I have stopped at an intersection and thought I was in first... only to discover that I was really in second when I began to pull away from the stop sign. Only now... I wasn't having any problem with first or second. And I also noticed that my XR was idling differently and no matter whether I was accelerating or decelerating, everything was so much smoother. I've not quite put 100 miles on the Amsoil yet... but I sincerely hope that this continues. Thank you Doug.

I love the products. The service is pretty much perfect. I am a huge fan of USA synthetics. Get your amsoil from them and you will not be disappointed
