Kristen makes being healthy fun! She's super knowledgeable and made recommendations that changed the way I see fitness and health. She helped me plan meals, and gave me tons of prepping and cooking tips! Im super grateful for her and recommend her to anyone who is starting a new health journey. P.s. she helped me lose 70 lbs! I met with Kristen for the first time in May and just had second appointment yesterday. Maybe 5 minutes into my appointment I knew I made the right choice coming to her for help with my health and nutrition needs. The first appointment she spent 90 minutes with me going over my medical history, health issues, lifestyle, goals etc. I've seen other nutritionist before and have been disappointed in their approach and lack of education but that was not the case with Kristen at all. She's extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and wellness and gives you practical advice in reaching your goals that makes it feel achievable and not completely overwhelming. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing encouragement and guidance for any health concerns and addressing them naturally with food and holistic approaches.

Kristin did an amazing job at listening to my concerns, health issues, and goals. She took a thorough look at my lifestyle and educated me on my personal plan.
