It's not often we have to use this business but the handle full of times we have, the front desk lady is one of the rudest we've ever dealt with in customer service. Though this business doesn't deal with the general public, they still deal with the public so customer service should still be a top priority. The most reasonable excuse for a frustrated persona is a busy establishment but 1. her demeanor and words she speaks is beyond just being frustrated, it's hateful 2. they were not busy during this experience. I would advice for this establishment to encourager their front desk service to work on a better attitude or people definitely stop coming here. I know 10 people personally who have already stopped and schedule their stuff in Tulsa instead. In fact, if someone is reading this and needs to schedule a class, don't waste your time and let this lady ruin your day, schedule with Tulsa.

This class was informative with just the right amount of visuals to keep it interesting. The class was small ( only 3 participants), which made for a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere. The instructor was very knowledgeable and provided numerous examples and anecdotes from his 30 years in law enforcement, making the 6 hour class go by quickly.
