Sonic Drive-In

Went to this location this afternoon. Looked at the menu for about 3 minutes then hit the red button it said red button has been activated and literally nothing for 10 minutes. It then SHUT OFF and made me hit it AGAIN. At this point weve been sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes. Someone FINALLY takes our order, I simply asked for 2 pulled pork sandwiches and 2 soft pretzels The employee goes 2 barbecue sandwiches and what else? I said 2 soft pretzels Food FINALLY comes out and the lady says ok heres 2 barbecue sandwiches and a pretzel I said uhh I ordered 2? She goes oh we only have one (At this point Im not surprised but like it was a simple order? 2 sandwiches and 2 pretzels??) Then they put in another one for me. Bring it out in a few minutes and its obviously over done. I worked in the industry for over 10 years. I know when someone puts something in too hot of oil for a short amount of time to get it made quicker I am SO glad theres a sonic near my house cuz I will not be returning to this location. Just unreal.

Would have been great to have received the sonic blast sizes I paid for instead of 3 minis. Edit: back again and weve been sitting here for 25 minutes waiting on 3 drinks. 2 people have LEFT, were watching the 3 employees inside fight and argue. Two have walked outside to smoke cigarettes and the remaining employee doesnt seem to be answering the call buttons as someone was asking if the buttons werent working or something. Literally a person walked out to smoke and the customer asked if they were working and the guys said uh, I dont know. I think no, Im just the carhop. So the guy leaves like we would LIKE to but we already paid and now they wont answer our call button! And Im listening to one of the employees outside arguing with someone on the phone about her beef with the other employee outside. HOW with sonic being as large as a corporation as it is, is this even happening. 27 minutes later and finally the girl inside has brought the drinks. She appears to be the only one taking, making, and delivering orders. Insanity.

Did an online order on the app. Waited ten minutes before arriving, still took another ten minutes before the order was delivered. I live two minutes away, the burger was cold (cheese was melted at all) and the pretzel stick was hard.
