Mark's help to us in finding our new home cannot be underestimated! We were buying out of state and had limited time for in-person viewings. We were not satisfied with the inspection on the first house we applied for and got accepted, and we had to back out and continue our search. We needed some things done via video calls. Mark went above and beyond in accommodating all our needs, answering a million questions we had, scheduling and coordinating the viewings, ensuring smooth and timely communication with all parties involved. He was very responsive and available what felt like 24/7. Mark is extremely professional! He was always very informative, tactful and willing to share a wise advice without ever being pushy in anything. In the situation when we were facing so many choices and uncertainties (which is almost always the case with real estate transactions, especially when buying), Mark's experience, knowledge and professionalism provided us with much needed comfort and confidence.
