        Food preparation is lacking, cold and tasted terrible. Didn't finish my meal. Will not return to this del taco.

        Two employees that were not friendly at all. No greeting, I asked for the KEY to the restroom and was told rudely, " Lock the door". When I was ready to order neither employee was visible until someone came through the drive thru. Was again rudely asked, " Did you lock it?" ( The restroom) then he took the key and walked away not even asked, if I was ready to order. Food was gross. Very disappointing at this location. Chicken was not crispy and very dry.

        Was told that the lobby opens at 7am. Got there this morning with my family around 7:12am and the employees still hadnt unlocked the doors, and watched my family stand outside in the cold pulling on a locked door. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. We left and went somewhere else.

        Got my order completely wrong and when I asked for a refund because I was already on the other side of town they said I had to come in store to get a refund. After they messed up my order, I have to come out of my way to go back to the southside to get a refund for a mistake they did.

        This food is so bad. I really don't know how they are still open. Staff is not friendly or caring. They're just there going through the motion.... Not sure how their chips are cooked but do not taste like anything describable....maybe their oil is always bad bc all fried food tastes the same.....
