Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Northwest Family

This is the worse Dr office I have ever been to. Dr Knox is not a good Dr and his nurse practitioner Moore is even worse. Do not use these medical professionals or this clinic.

My experience has been pleasant. I have been going here for a while but today after being informed the appointment I made a month ago, or should I say the appointment my Dr.s nurse, assured me she made, was in fact not made. No big deal, Janna at the desk was awesome about seeing what she could do to assist and lucky me, Gisele, Dr. Webbs nurse was willing and made herself available despite being busy! Her personality was so bright it caught me off guard because my Dr.s nurse is never that excited to be at work and if she likes her job I sure cant tell. But Gisele popped in after I had only waited minutes to introduce herself and let me know shed be right with me. I had to leave some feedback! Although I wont mention my Dr. who I like very much and respect very much. I also wont mention her nurses name. Not only because Id like to protect everyones privacy but the even sadder truth is despite having gone here for primary care for over a year, I cant tell you my Dr.s nurses name because she has never officially introduced herself to me. We dont have to be best friends but a name means you care enough that if I need to get in touch I at least know who to ask for. I do genuinely appreciate every single professional at Mercy and in the field. Thank you for what you do! Thank you Gisele for being you! P.s.Can you always take care of me?

Love all the wonderful nurses and office staff!  Makes a real effort to make me comfortable and faith that everything will be ok. Doctors are top notch!

I was called one day prior to my appointment and notified that due to underlying conditions i needed to reschedule. This was the second time i was forced to reschedule and when i asked what they meant by underlying conditions i was told my doctor was only accepting medicare patients now and no other insurances. I explained i would pay cash and it shouldnt be a problem and was then told he wouldnt accept cash payments either and i can only make an appointment with a NP. When i talked to his nurse she wouldnt give me any reasons for the sudden change even though i have had this doctor for years and told me i was being difficult and i could have a blessed day and proceeded to hang up on me. I will never use mercy again personally as I feel that choosing a good doctor is important and being told I have no choice on the matter was not really showing any patient care.
