Dr Stockton and dr Ellenburg are amazing. Been going there a long time. They are always on top of everything. Couldn't ask for better doctors I love all the staff there. Always so helpful and quick to return my calls or quick to my mercy me right back never ever changing doctor took me years to find a clinic like mercy north may. One other good thing he signed me up for mercy care connect they check on me twice a weekif every need medical advice can call them for help highly recommended mercy north may and mercy care connect keep up good work guys you guys are like family to me

Dr Stockton is a quite learned, caring and practical healer who cares well for his patients. Dawn C and Mickey at the front desk are people who are thorough, courteous and professional. Thank you to the above and others in this office who do their jobs well in a very nice environment.

ON January 11, my husband, who has Parkinson's Disease, came in for an X-Ray and saw the Nurse Practitioner. We called later that day, and every day since trying to get a report! It is our right to know. My husband must be able to exercise, and we have had no instruction on modifications. If this is a Christian office, someone needs to remind them.

Tried to take my Mom there as she is an established patient at the Mercy Clinic. Mom was nauseated and had eaten something that didn't agree with her. Wanted to see doctor and get some anti-nausea medication. Hateful front clerk told me to go to Urgent Care as they don't see sick people. WTH?? So ended up going to Urgent Care where they gave her zofran Rx. What's the point of having a doctor if you can't see them, when you need to? Doesn't the doctor take an oath to treat the sick? They could have fit her in the schedule as I was there at 8 am and no other people were in the waiting area. I will most likely switch doctors after this awful experience. Had I thought about it and not been so frustrated I should have asked to speak with a medical professional to get this taken care of, instead of some front desk clerk making medical decisions for me. So I went to Urgent Care, 2 hours later, got her a rx for zofran which could have been done at HER DOCTOR"S OFFICE!!! Seems like a common theme in the reviews is RUDE receptionist(s) - staff and lack of being able to speak with someone. Had I looked at the reviews beforehand, I would have asked to speak to someone else. Please consider diversity training, and/or relocation and education of front line staff.

If you pick a doctor here and randomly get sick even super sick good luck getting a work in appointment. The doctors are so backed up you can never be seen. So you would have to be able to pick when youll be sick in advance and schedule ahead accordingly. Not to mention when you are in office you are sooo rushed you cannot even process questions even if written out ahead of time. Reception is rude rude rude. I see Christina Helms, well when I can get in. I feel like she is always somewhere else when Im trying to talk to her.
