        Unprofessional, rude, especially Diamond A. and Lasharra G. It's like someone didn't want to show up for work. It's unfortunate, the level of treatment when dealing with patients or (people) in general. I usually have great things to say about Mercy leaving great reviews. But, if I don't how many others will experience this type of treatment? What happened to customer service? You're dealing with patients that are obviously at your office for medical treatment. Only to encounter awful customer service. I have been a patient with Mercy Clinics for some time. But this particular office needs revamping. I really hate to leave this kind of review.

        Worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with! TWICE they have cancelled my appointment the week of and said I can only reschedule for the next available one in 3 months. TWICE!!! When I did get in to see them they were not particularly helpful either. This office is a waste of your time and money. You are probably better off just dealing with whatever sickness you have yourself.

        I wouldn't even give a one star but had to so I could leave a review. After waiting month's for my appointment I received an email letting me know that an opening had come up on the wait list. It was only a couple week's sooner but after waiting almost 5 month's I took the appointment. Then I get a call a few day's later saying this appointment wasn't to be opened up as the doctor was not going to be there. Can I get my original appointment back?. No, it's been filled. The next available appointment is November. April till November. Obviously Mercy does not need my business. I would not waste your time with a company that doesn't have a system or staff that can close out an appointment time that is not suppose to be available on the wait list.

        Horrible. They NEVER answer the phone, Ive been trying for weeks to get my scripts refilled and I just get an auto message. Im still stuck not being able to get a hold of Dr. Tawk. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
